# VEX by Noctara

> VEX reads a coaching or therapy client in about eight minutes, before the first session, and hands the practitioner one page on how the client shows up under pressure, what they protect, and the lever that moves them. Built for life coaches, executive coaches, therapists, and IFS, somatic, and leadership practitioners. The same engine also reads a whole company: the Culture Read.

## How it works
- The coach sends a consent-gated reading link. The client answers six questions.
- The coach sees the word, the rhythm, and the lever before session one. The first session starts deep instead of getting oriented.
- Client writing stays private. The coach never sees raw answers, only the read. That consent line is what makes it ethical, not invasive.
